Shipping

How do you ship?

We ship very discreetly, the privacy of our customers is every important to us. We ship through USPS or UPS.

What will the box look like?

All our items are shipped in plain cardboard boxes or shipping envelopes.

What will the shipping label look like?

The label will look like any classic white sticker label with black text. The Ship From Address is: Camouflage Inc. 1326 Commerce Ln, Santa Cruz, CA.

Reviews

I LOVED my purchase and want to tell others about my experience, how can I write a review?

You must have a user profile to write a review. You can use the same profile you did for your purchase. Simply click on the “My Account” link at the top right of the ShopCamouflage.com webpage log on to your account, or you can “Register” a new account here. Once you have logged in to your account you can submit reviews. Find the toy you want to review on the website and scroll down to the “Submit a Review” section. Here you can rate on a 0-5 Star Basis and add a description about your experience.

Why Should I write a review?

Many people are curious about how “real people” experienced the toy. Additionally we find our customers come up with the most creative uses for their toys and we love hearing about our customer’s experiences! The Camo Crew LOVES to hear your feedback and so do other shoppers.

Maintenance

What Kind of Lube can I use?

It depends on what activity you are participating in with what objects. Silicone lube is NOT compatible with silicone toy products of any kind, but it is body-safe and can be used with non-silicone toys. Oil-based lubricants and massage oils are not latex compatible and will negatively affect the structural integrity of any latex barriers.

How do I clean my toy?

In general, follow the cleaning instructions provided with your product from the manufacturer. Remember, your hands collect more bacteria than any other part of your body. Toys should be cleaned BEFORE, BETWEEN, and AFTER each use Use an Antibacterial Soap with no fragrance and warm water. Make a solution in a cup or basin. Avoid squirting soap directly on a product. Rinse well with warm water and let product air dry to reduce fuzz and germs. Protect non-waterproof battery casing from moisture when cleaning. AVOID using dish soap, detergent, harsh chemicals or alcohols. High grade silicone dildos (with no internal motor) may be sterilized in boiling water for three minutes or less.

Can I throw my toy in the garbage?

Technically once a toy has been used it is considered “bio-hazard”. Currently we are in the process of trying to become a recycling center but currently you can send your toy to a commercial recycling center specializing in sex toys like http://www.sextoyrecycling.com/

Bras

Do you do bra sizing?

YES! The Camouflage Crew are all trained on how to size a bra.

How do I know my bra size?

Figuring out a person’s bra size is not intuitive, so don’t feel foolish if you don’t know it. Another thing to keep in mind is that different bras will fit different bodies in different ways. The brand, style, and fabric can all affect fit, so a bra size is more of a starting off point then a steadfast number.

Band Measurement

1. With tape on back at bra level; bring under arms and around front, just above bust. This is the band size.
2. If it’s an odd number, round up or down depending on how tight or loose they prefer to wear their bras.

Bust Measurement

Wrap tape level around the fullest part of the bust. Leave about a half inch between the tape and the bust. This is the bust measurement.

Cup Size
- Subtract band measurement from bust measurement. This is her cup size.
Bust - Band = Cup
0 = AA, 1 = A, 2 = B, 3 = C, etc.

What sizes do you carry?

We carry a number of different brands of bras (Including Cosabella, Felina, Hanky Panky, Elle MacPherson, and Parfait). We carry sizes ranging from 28-44 in band sizes and AA-H cup sizes.

Do you giftwrap?

We do complimentary gift wrapping, just ask and we are happy to cover the price tags, wrap the item and include a gift receipt.

Gift Cards

Can I order a gift card on your website?

Currently we have $25, $100 and $69 gift certificates avalible to purchase on our website (http://shopcamouflage.com/shop-online/gift-cards). If you want a different denomination you may call the store and make a phone order: 831-423-7613.

I lost my gift card! Can you look it up?

If you bought the card in the store using your Customer Rewards Account we can find it for you on your purchase history. Or if you know the date of the purchase and amount of the card we can find it for you.

Does my gift-card expire?

Gift Cards NEVER expire.

Can I use my “Points”?

Our Customer Rewards Account are set up for in-store shopping so your points are only accessible in-store not online.

Can I use “Camo Bucks”?

Our promotions and coupons are set up for in-store shopping only not online.

Can I have any of the discounts I get in-store?

Our discounts (Student, senior, etc) are based on criteria that cannot be confirmed online, so these discounts are only available in-store.

Clothing

I saw something in your store but it isn’t online, can I order it?

Many of our items are seasonal or custom made. If you want to inquire about an in-store item you may call and make a phone order: 831-423-7613.

What bodies do you carry lingerie for?

We carry lingerie for all bodies and anyone of any body is encouraged to come and try on items in our store.

Do you carry extended sizes?

Yes we have bras for larger band (38-44) and cup (DD-H) styles and lingerie for plus-sizes (1X-4X, 18-28).

Is your space trans friendly?

Yes! We even carry a number of products designed for trans folks and their lifestyles, like silicone packers.

Is your space drag / transvestite /cross-dressing friendly?

Yes! We encourage all bodies and identities to play dress-up, our safe-space is here for you to use! If you have questions about our “Safe-Space” policies or if you are feeling uncomfortable or nervous about using the space just call the store to speak to a Camo Crew Member 831-423-7613.

What if I don’t like my toy?

Unfortunately we cannot offer any satisfaction guarantees.

Can I return my toy?

All intimate items are final sale.

What do I do if my toy breaks?

Many brands or toys are offering warranties, if your toy brakes check to see if there is a warranty and if you are still in the window of the warranty’s coverage period.

Do you do cash refunds?

Non-intimate items may be exchanged for store credit ONLY if it is within 10 days of purchase, you have the receipt and the tags are still attached.
